My Gym Schedule 6/4/12
Beautiful day for the gym. As I stated earlier, not a pretty day at all. The kids seem to be sleeping later considering that the sun is blocked out by all the clouds.
So, I’m a firm believer that you don’t go to the gym without a plan. Kinda like grocery shopping without a list. You are less productive and you don’t come out of the store with what you need. At the gym, I need to use the time that I’m allowed there and to burn some fat.
Here’s my plan for my two hours:
Warm-up Cardio 15 minutes Elliptical
Strength Training 45 minutes Legs/Abs
Cardio 30 minutes Couch to 10K w/Hubby
Cool Down 15 minutes Sauna
Pick up Kids 15 minutes LUNCH TIME!
3 Sets of Each
Squats with Dumbbells
Walking Lunges (HATE THEM, but will do them)
Calf Raises with Dumbbells
Lower Back extensions
